Teamlead - Contract Position (U.S.)


As a teamlead for our U.S. based company, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of employees to ensure the successful completion of various projects. This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month. We are looking for an experienced individual who has previous experience in a leadership role and is able to effectively communicate and delegate tasks to team members. Accommodation will be provided during the duration of the contract and candidates must have their own valid visa.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure successful completion of projects
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, while also providing guidance and support when needed
- Set goals and monitor progress, providing feedback and addressing any issues that may arise
- Communicate effectively with both superiors and team members, keeping everyone informed on project status and any changes or updates
- Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards
- Identify areas for improvement within the team's processes or performance, implementing solutions as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to delegate tasks effectively
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions under pressure
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the U.S.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Trello
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
