Online Consultant (Part-Time)



We are hiring a part-time Online Consultant to join our dynamic team in the bustling city of New York! As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, or social media platforms
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' questions and issues
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while communicating with customers
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Document all customer interactions in our database for future reference

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:

This is a part-time position with a starting salary of $1200 per month.

Location:

This role is based in the vibrant city of New York. However, we are currently open to remote work options for candidates who reside within the United States.
