Online Consultant

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Online Consultant to join our team in the US. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing online support and guidance to clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and promoting our services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be tech-savvy, and have a strong understanding of customer service principles.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients through various online platforms such as chat, email, social media, and video conferencing
- Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding our services
- Address client inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional manner
- Promote our services and upsell when appropriate
- Maintain thorough records of client interactions and follow-up as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using various online platforms and tools for communication
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working with international clients is a plus

Salary: $1400 per month plus accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship and flight ticket also included.
