Online Consultant - Contract Position (Remote)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to clients through online platforms such as chat, email, and video calls. This is a remote position that offers flexibility in working hours.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels
- Provide guidance and support to clients regarding products or services
- Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective resolution of client inquiries or issues
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using online communication tools such as chat, email, and video calls
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

Salary: $1300 per month (paid on a contract basis)
Location: Remote/Work from home (anywhere in the US)
Preference: Women (but open to all genders)
Experience: No experience required, but previous customer service experience is a plus
