We are currently hiring for the position of Online Consultant to join our team in the US. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing helpful and timely assistance to our clients through various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through live chat, email, and phone to provide product information and answer inquiries.
- Assist clients in navigating our website and online services.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using various online communication platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation:
This position offers a salary of $900 per month. In addition, we provide free visa sponsorship and airfare for international candidates. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the customer service field while working remotely.
