Online Moderator
As an Online Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online communities, forums, and social media platforms. Your role will involve enforcing community guidelines and policies, ensuring a positive user experience, and addressing any issues or conflicts that may arise within the community. You will also be responsible for creating engaging content and facilitating discussions to promote community growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online communities, forums, and social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve conflicts in a timely manner
- Create engaging content such as polls, quizzes, and discussions to promote community growth and engagement
- Identify potential risks or issues within the community and escalate them to the appropriate team for resolution
- Collaborate with other moderators to develop strategies for community management
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience in moderating online communities or forums is preferred
- Familiarity with various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
- Strong understanding of community management principles and practices
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Salary: $1300/month with accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship may be available for non-US citizens. This is a full-time position located in the US.
