Facade Engineer

The Facade Engineer will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining building facades to meet aesthetic, structural, and environmental requirements. They will work closely with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that the facade design is safe, functional, and cost-effective. The ideal candidate will have experience in facade engineering and a strong understanding of building codes and regulations. This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month, including free visa and ticket. Women are encouraged to apply for this role. Responsibilities:
- Design and develop building facades that meet project requirements
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design feasibility
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and oversee construction progress
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Evaluate materials for durability, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness
- Manage budget constraints while maintaining high quality standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in facade technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade engineering or a related field
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with various stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
