We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team in the vibrant city of New York, USA. As a Painter, you will be responsible for painting various surfaces such as walls, ceilings, and furniture using different techniques and tools. Your main goal will be to ensure a high-quality finish and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, filling holes, and sanding
- Choose and mix paints to achieve desired color and texture
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers or sprayers
- Use masking tape and drop cloths to protect surrounding areas from paint
- Repair any damages or imperfections on painted surfaces
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain equipment in good condition

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter, preferably in a commercial or residential setting
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and tools
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail with an eye for color
- Physical stamina and ability to work on ladders or scaffolding
- Good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
