Skilled Plasterboard Worker


We are seeking a skilled Plasterboard Worker to join our team in the vibrant city of Us! As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing and repairing plasterboard walls and ceilings in residential and commercial buildings. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut plasterboard to fit specific areas
- Install plasterboard using screws or adhesive
- Repair and replace damaged plasterboard
- Apply joint tape and compound to seams for a smooth finish
- Sand down rough spots and apply finishing coats
- Maintain a clean work area and properly dispose of waste materials
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Plasterboard Worker or similar role
- Familiarity with various installation techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Physically fit to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy plasterboards
- Attention to detail for precise measurements
- Strong teamwork skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:
- Experience in both residential and commercial settings
- Experience working with different types of plasterboard (e.g. fire-resistant, moisture-resistant)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
