Finisher/Polisher

Our company is in need of a skilled Finisher/Polisher to join our team in the US. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various finishing materials and techniques to achieve a high-quality finish on different surfaces. They should have strong attention to detail, be able to work independently and have good time management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for finishing by sanding, filling, and smoothing
- Apply finishes such as paint, varnish, or lacquer using appropriate tools and techniques
- Perform touch-ups and repairs as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a finisher/polisher in a similar role
- Knowledge of various finishing materials and techniques including sanding, painting, staining, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or design plans
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes
- Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
