Entry Level Formworker
As an Entry Level Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing temporary or permanent formwork structures for concrete pouring in various construction projects. You will work closely with the construction team to ensure the accuracy and stability of the formwork, as well as adhere to safety protocols and project timelines. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and dismantling formwork structures according to blueprints and specifications
- Measure and cut materials such as wooden boards, plywood, and metal bars using hand or power tools
- Secure formwork using nails, screws, clamps, or bolts
- Pour concrete into forms and smooth surfaces using hand or power tools
- Clean and maintain formwork materials and tools
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding progress updates

Requirements:
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail for accurate measurements and alignment of formwork structures
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required
- Ability to work well within a team environment as well as independently when needed
- Flexibility to work overtime when necessary
