As a Turner in our company, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery used in the manufacturing process. Your main duty will be to manipulate metal parts, shaping them into precise and accurate measurements according to specifications. This position requires a high level of technical skill and attention to detail, as well as physical stamina. You must also have a good understanding of safety protocols and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Your key responsibilities will include setting up and adjusting machines, selecting the appropriate tools and materials, monitoring the production process, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Additionally, you may be required to maintain equipment by cleaning and lubricating it as needed.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience as a Turner or in a similar position. A technical degree or certification is preferred but not required. Strong mathematical skills are essential, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. You must also have excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for overtime. We offer competitive salary starting at 1400$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.
