Architectural Technologist

Our architecture firm in the United States is seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our team of architects and engineers to assist in the design and development of architectural plans and drawings for various construction projects. You will be responsible for utilizing advanced software programs to create detailed 2D and 3D designs, as well as conducting site visits and collaborating with clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design process by creating detailed plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models using software programs such as AutoCAD and Revit
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure project requirements are met
- Review construction documents for accuracy and make necessary revisions
- Keep updated on current building codes and regulations
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into designs
