Preservation Architect



We are seeking a highly skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in the city of Us. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures while adhering to cultural, historical, and architectural guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting on-site surveys and assessments of historic buildings and structures
- Developing preservation plans and proposals
- Overseeing preservation projects from start to finish
- Collaborating with contractors, engineers, and other professionals
- Ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Researching historical information and materials for restoration projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in preservation architecture
- Proficiency with CAD software
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. The ideal candidate should have a passion for preserving historic architecture, attention to detail, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
