Junior Preservation Architect



We are seeking a passionate and talented Junior Preservation Architect to join our team in the United States. As a Junior Preservation Architect, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of historic preservation projects and contribute to the conservation of cultural heritage. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month and includes a free visa and ticket for international candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on historic buildings and structures to understand their architectural significance and historical context
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop preservation plans and strategies for historic sites
- Prepare detailed drawings, diagrams, and specifications for restoration or rehabilitation projects
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and government agencies to ensure compliance with preservation guidelines and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress of preservation projects and provide guidance when necessary
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, reports, and presentations for potential projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong interest in historic preservation work
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and historic preservation guidelines
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on historic preservation projects (either through internships or coursework)
- Familiarity with 3D modeling software (such as SketchUp or Revit)
- Understanding of sustainable design principles in relation to historic buildings
