Architectural Designer
We are searching for a skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in the US. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and planning building projects, from concept to completion. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs meet safety, functionality, and aesthetic requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative and functional design concepts for building projects
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Communicate with engineers and contractors to ensure designs meet technical requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess potential limitations or challenges
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural technology
- Ensure that all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects in the US
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Familiarity with 3D modeling software such as SketchUp or Rhino
Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.
Location:
This position is based in the US. Remote work options may be available.
