Architectural Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional designs for various architectural projects. As an Architectural Designer, you should have a strong understanding of design principles, building codes, and construction processes.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Produce detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects within budget
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and provide feedback on design changes
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in design technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
