Junior Architectural Designer
As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will work closely with senior designers and architects to create innovative and functional designs for various projects. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the development of design concepts, produce detailed drawings and models, and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers and architects to develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and construction techniques
- Assist in the preparation of project presentations
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of design deliverables
- Participate in client meetings and presentations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Knowledge of building codes and construction techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings and models
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience in an architectural firm or related field
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Experience creating 3D renderings using V-Ray or similar software

Location: This position is located in the United States. While we welcome applicants of all nationalities, preference will be given to candidates who already have authorization to work in the US.

Salary: The starting salary for this position is $1800 per month.
