Industrial Architect

We are seeking an experienced and talented Industrial Architect to join our team in the US. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Your duties will include creating detailed plans, collaborating with clients and engineers, and ensuring that projects meet safety and building code regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Design industrial buildings and facilities according to client specifications
- Create detailed plans, including blueprints, structural drawings, and 3D models
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure project feasibility and success
- Conduct site visits to assess potential locations for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and zoning regulations
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Oversee the construction process from start to finish
- Address any issues or challenges that arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect
- Strong knowledge of architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients, engineers, and construction teams
- Knowledge of safety standards, building codes, and zoning regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1300 per month (part-time)

Location: US (accommodation provided)

Visa Requirement: Must have own visa
