Commercial Architect

We are hiring a skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in the bustling city of US. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants. You will use your expertise in architecture, engineering, and project management to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their requirements and vision for the project
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that it adheres to the design plans and meets all building codes and regulations
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues that arise, and make necessary adjustments to the design plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience working as an architect in a commercial setting
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
