Job Title: Experienced Industrial Architect in US


We are looking for an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in the US. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures, ensuring they meet safety standards and functional requirements. You will work closely with clients and collaborate with other professionals such as engineers, contractors, and project managers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to travel for site visits as needed

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine their needs and budget for industrial building projects
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and models using design software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop project plans that meet client requirements
- Oversee construction process to ensure designs are implemented correctly
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Compensation:
