Contract Industrial Architect
Location: US, remote



As a Contract Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial structures such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their budget and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed blueprints and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure designs comply with safety and building codes
- Oversee construction process, including reviewing contractor bids, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues that arise
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or changes
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
