Part-Time Architecture Manager

As a Part-Time Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects. Your primary role will be to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. You will also be responsible for coordinating and collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success. Additionally, you will be required to stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and other professionals
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and meet quality standards
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulations
- Address any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of construction processes and materials
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: $1100 per month (part-time)
