We are a leading architecture firm in the US and we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architecture Manager to join our team. This is a contract job with a starting salary of 1700$ per month.

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our architectural projects. This includes coordinating with clients, leading design teams, and ensuring project deadlines and budgets are met. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of architecture principles and practices, as well as experience in project management. A degree in Architecture or related field is preferred but not required.

This position is suitable for men who have their own visa and are looking to gain valuable experience in the field of architecture management. While prior experience is not required, candidates with previous experience in architecture or project management will be given preference.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. You must also possess strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide team members towards successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations for each project
- Lead design teams through all stages of the architectural design process
- Ensure projects adhere to budget constraints and deadlines
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Review architectural plans for accuracy and compliance with building codes
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects on the team
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure projects are progressing according to plan
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of a project
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in architectural technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in architecture or project management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of architecture principles and practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Own visa and ability to work in the US
