Senior Architect


We are a leading architecture firm seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in the US. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams and oversee all stages of the architectural design process.
- Develop conceptual designs, presentations, and construction documents.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans.
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on technical issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably with a focus on commercial or residential projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is based in the US. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
