Senior Architect - US
As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects in the United States. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create innovative solutions that meet their requirements. Your expertise in building codes, zoning laws, and construction materials will contribute to the success of each project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring all project requirements are met.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide creative solutions that align with their goals.
- Develop detailed plans, drawings, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with building codes and zoning regulations.
- Oversee project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
- Manage a team of architects and engineers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into designs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably in the US.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction materials.
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing projects from concept to completion.
