Truck Driver (US)



As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods across the United States. Your main duties will include driving long distances, inspecting and maintaining the truck, loading and unloading cargo, and following all traffic laws and regulations.

Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a truck driver
- Knowledge of federal and state transportation regulations
- Ability to read and understand maps and GPS systems
- Strong communication skills and customer service-oriented mindset
- Physically fit to handle loading and unloading of goods

Responsibilities:
- Transport goods from one location to another in a timely manner while adhering to all safety standards
- Inspect truck before and after trips, reporting any mechanical issues to the appropriate department
- Secure cargo properly using straps, chains, or tarps as needed
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, etc.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers on the road
- Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies at all times
