Personal Trainer (Part-Time)
Our fitness studio in the bustling city of New York is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Personal Trainer, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele and help them achieve their fitness goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one training sessions with clients, providing personalized workout plans and nutritional advice
- Lead small group fitness classes and provide modifications for different fitness levels
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to training plans
- Maintain a clean and organized workout space
- Educate clients on proper form, technique, and safety during exercises
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and research new techniques for effective training
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Personal Trainer
- Certification from a recognized fitness organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients towards their fitness goals
- Knowledge of nutrition principles
- Must have biometric passport or be eligible to work in the US
