Executive Chef
We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Executive Chef to join our team in the United States. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and implementing menus, maintaining food quality standards, and overseeing kitchen operations.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Ability to create innovative and high-quality dishes
- Good understanding of food costs and budget management
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities:
- Create menus that are both creative and profitable, while considering dietary restrictions and preferences of guests.
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, plating, inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.
- Train, manage, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes are consistently produced.
- Monitor food costs by carefully planning menus, ordering ingredients at competitive prices, minimizing waste, and controlling portion sizes.
- Ensure all food safety regulations are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments such as front-of-house staff to maintain excellent communication within the restaurant.
We offer a competitive salary of $1800 per month along with accommodation. We also provide free visa sponsorship and travel tickets for international candidates.
