Junior Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated Junior Restaurant Manager to join our team in a bustling restaurant in the heart of the United States. As a Junior Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the senior management team to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily operations of the restaurant
- Train and supervise staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Oversee inventory management and order supplies as needed
- Monitor food quality and ensure all dishes meet company standards
- Collaborate with senior management on budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures
- Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance, new initiatives, and address any concerns
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling shifts, processing payroll, and maintaining records
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred
- Prior experience in a supervisory role within the food industry is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
Location: The role is based in a busy city within the United States.
