Temporary Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a temporary Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant located in the US. As a Temporary Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the restaurant industry without prior experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and train staff on customer service, food preparation, and safety regulations
- Create schedules and assign tasks to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, kitchen, and storage areas
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required (12 pass)
- Prior experience in the restaurant industry preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must have reliable transportation as accommodation is not provided
Salary: $1500 per month
