Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team in the United States. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month, with the added benefit of accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, budget, and customer service.
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure proper staffing levels at all times.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards.
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work with vendors to order supplies, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team effectively.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required.
- Experience working in the hospitality industry is an asset.
