Contract Electrical Engineer - Remote



We are seeking a contract Electrical Engineer to join our team on a remote basis. As a contract Electrical Engineer, you will work on various projects and tasks related to the design, development, and maintenance of electrical systems. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that all electrical systems are efficient, safe, and comply with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing electrical systems for commercial and residential buildings
- Conducting site visits and surveys to assess project requirements
- Collaborating with architects, contractors, and clients to determine project specifications
- Creating detailed technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Selecting appropriate materials and equipment for each project
- Troubleshooting issues with existing electrical systems and providing solutions
- Ensuring all electrical systems meet safety standards and comply with regulations
- Managing project timelines and budgets
- Overseeing the installation of electrical systems on job sites
- Performing quality control checks on completed projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in electrical engineering or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical principles, codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in using CAD software for technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients

Preferred:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or working towards obtaining one
in the US
Salary: Up to $1700 per week
