Entry-Level Construction Manager


A construction company in the United States is seeking an Entry-Level Construction Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in the construction industry. As an Entry-Level Construction Manager, you will be responsible for assisting senior managers with project planning, budgeting, and overseeing construction sites.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior managers with project planning and budgeting
- Oversee construction sites and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress
- Review and approve project drawings and designs
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations on construction sites
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records of all activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Previous internship or work experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment

Salary:
$1600 per month

Location:
This position is located in the United States. Preference will be given to candidates who are already based in the US.

Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours.
