Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects in the US. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including cost estimates and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including materials procurement, equipment use, workforce management, and compliance with safety regulations
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion within budget
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on project status and address any concerns
- Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained before starting any construction work
- Maintain project documentation and records for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the US construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse workforce
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month without accommodation.

Location:
This position is based in the US but we welcome applicants of any nationality.
