Construction Manager



We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in the US. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing construction projects, preferably in the US. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, including budget, timeline, and quality control.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Review and approve project plans, designs, and specifications.
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and report progress to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in project management software.

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per week for this part-time position. In addition, we provide free visa sponsorship and travel expenses for the selected candidate.
