Administrative Assistant
We are searching for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in the US. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and maintaining office supplies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare reports
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Organize and file documents, both physical and electronic
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
We offer a salary of $1500 per month along with accommodation. Visa sponsorship is also available for international candidates. This position is open to all individuals regardless of gender.
