Waiter/Waitress


As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. You will greet customers, take food and drink orders, and serve meals in a timely and efficient manner. Your primary goal is to ensure that our guests have a positive and enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions customers may have
- Serve meals and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy of orders and address any issues or complaints from customers
- Accept payment from customers and process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and service station
- Follow all food safety procedures while handling food and beverages
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Communicate effectively with other team members to provide excellent service to guests

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is a plus but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Benefits:
