Land Surveyor


We are a leading land surveying company in the United States, and we are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, creating maps and reports, and providing accurate measurements and data for construction and development projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Interpret survey data to create accurate maps, drawings, and reports
- Use software programs such as AutoCAD to analyze and process survey data
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Perform boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction staking
- Ensure accuracy of measurements by regularly calibrating equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols while working in the field
- Keep detailed records of survey data and maintain organized files for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in land surveying
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software programs
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills for interpreting survey data
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and codes related to land surveying
