Junior Barber


We are a well-established barbershop in the heart of the US and we are seeking a talented Junior Barber to join our team. As a Junior Barber, you will work under the guidance of our experienced Barbers and assist them with providing high-quality grooming services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Consult with clients to understand their desired haircut or style
- Shampoo, cut, trim, and style hair according to client's preferences
- Perform beard trims, shaves, and other facial grooming services
- Assist senior Barbers with various tasks such as mixing hair color, preparing tools, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station and equipment
- Uphold excellent customer service by ensuring client satisfaction at all times

Requirements:
- No prior experience required but must be willing to learn from experienced Barbers
- Comfortable working with different hair types, textures, and styles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in US
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
