Head Baker


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team in the US. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bakery operations, including creating and maintaining our menu, managing inventory and supplies, training and supervising staff, and ensuring the quality and consistency of our products.

Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a menu that offers a variety of high-quality baked goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and other desserts
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that all necessary ingredients are always available
- Train and supervise a team of bakers and kitchen staff to ensure they are following proper techniques and producing consistent results
- Oversee the baking process to ensure that all products meet our high standards for taste, appearance, and freshness
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery to comply with health codes and create an inviting atmosphere for customers
- Keep track of sales data to identify popular items and make adjustments to the menu as needed
- Coordinate with other departments within the company to fulfill special orders or catering requests

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as a baker in a professional kitchen setting
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to create original recipes while also following established recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Leadership skills to effectively train and manage a team
- Experience with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Knowledge of health codes and sanitation practices in a food service setting

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month. In addition, we provide accommodation as well as free visa sponsorship and airfare for international candidates.
