Full-Time Baker in the US

We are currently hiring a highly skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in the US. As a full-time Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods, managing inventory and supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a professional Baker
- Proficient in preparing a variety of baked goods such as breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and adapt to dietary restrictions or special requests
- Excellent time management skills to meet production schedules
- Physically fit to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of breads, pastries, cakes, and other desserts according to recipes
- Ensure quality control by inspecting ingredients for freshness and accuracy of measurements
- Maintain inventory levels by ordering supplies as needed
- Keep work area clean and sanitized at all times following food safety guidelines
- Assist with decorating cakes or other specialty items as requested by customers or for special events
- Monitor baking times in order to achieve consistent results
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff members to ensure timely production of all baked goods
- Train new employees on baking techniques, equipment usage, and safety procedures

Salary: $1800 monthly salary plus tips. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, employee discounts on baked goods.
