Contract Administrator
We are in need of a detail-oriented and organized Contract Administrator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contract agreements, including drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contracts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work efficiently under tight deadlines. Previous experience in contract administration is required for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and suppliers
- Manage all aspects of contract execution, including obtaining necessary approvals and signatures
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents
- Monitor contract performance to ensure obligations are being met
- Handle any issues or disputes that may arise during the course of a contract
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely completion of contracts
- Continuously improve contract management processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in contract administration or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with legal terminology and principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
This position is located in the US. All nationalities are welcome to apply as long as they meet the experience requirements. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month. Freshers with relevant education or internship experience will also be considered.
