Hotel Sales Manager
The Hotel Sales Manager is responsible for promoting and selling hotel services to potential clients, while maintaining strong relationships with current clients. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and sales skills, as well as a thorough understanding of the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners
- Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase hotel facilities and services
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring profitability for the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality service delivery for guests
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote the hotel's brand and services
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, industry trends, and market dynamics
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Salary: $1300/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: United States (preference for local candidates)
