Seasonal Concierge
Location: US (preference for local candidates)


We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Seasonal Concierge to join our team in the US. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This is a seasonal position, with a salary of $1800 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes
- Provide recommendations and arrange reservations for local attractions, restaurants, and transportation
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in the area
- Manage guest requests such as room service, laundry, or housekeeping services
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure guest needs are met efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of concierge desk area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
