Concierge
As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with guests in a luxury hotel setting. Your main duties will include assisting guests with their luggage, making reservations for dining and entertainment, and providing recommendations for local attractions and activities. You will also be responsible for coordinating transportation arrangements and ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred. You must also be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

As a Concierge, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for guests arriving at the hotel.
