We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our organization's computer systems and processes. This role requires strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of current computer systems and processes
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements
- Develop and implement new computer systems or processes as needed
- Test and troubleshoot new systems to ensure functionality and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions
- Train staff on new systems or processes as needed
- Monitor system performance and make adjustments as necessary
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make informed decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in programming languages, such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with database management systems, such as SQL or Oracle
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1700 per month
