We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Oslo. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology infrastructure, systems, and processes of our company. You will play a critical role in managing our network, servers, software, and hardware to ensure smooth operations and maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies
- Manage the company's technology budget
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of hardware and software systems
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Stay updated on industry advancements and recommend new technologies
- Manage a team of IT professionals and delegate tasks accordingly
- Train employees on new technology systems as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and database management
- Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and disaster recovery planning
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide a team towards success
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one for international travel
