IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology operations of our company in Oslo. You will be in charge of ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT systems and infrastructure, as well as managing a team of IT professionals. Your main duties will include developing and implementing IT policies and procedures, monitoring network security, and troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will also be responsible for managing the budget for our IT department and ensuring that all expenditures are within budget. You will also collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that align with our overall business objectives.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of various computer systems and networks, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, along with relevant work experience in a managerial role.
