IT Manager




As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of information technology within our company. You will manage a team of IT professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of our technology systems.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals
- Oversee the maintenance and security of all hardware and software systems
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
- Create and manage the IT budget
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions
- Troubleshoot any technical issues as needed

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of information technology systems, including hardware, software, networking, and security
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Experience working with budgeting and financial planning for IT projects

This position is located in Oslo, Norway.

Salary:

The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Visa Sponsorship:

This is a full-time job that requires candidates to have their own visa to work in Norway.
